Qualifications

  • Master's degree in social work, community psychology, sociology, or related field with 2+ years in violence prevention.
  • Experience in data collection/analysis, applied research, and program evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and written/oral presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, REDCap and SPSS.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage evaluation plans for violence prevention programs.
  • Oversee data collection, review results, and interpret findings for diverse audiences.
  • Provide training and technical assistance to providers and funders.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervise research assistants and interns.
