The Department of Forest Resources is seeking seasonal Research Plot Technicians to join a team of faculty, post docs, research staff, and students working on various forest ecology research projects. Typically, the Research Plot Technicians will work during the months of March and November, dependent on weather. Hours will be variable, intermittent, and may include evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will be able to work well independently and as a member of a team. Candidates must be willing to travel to field sites in northern Minnesota.
This is a supplemental position represented by the AFSCME LOCALS 3937 & 3801 COUNCIL 5.
Pay Range: $22.39 (step 1) - $22.79 (step 2) depending on education/qualifications/experience.
