Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $50.00/hr

We are seeking advanced Physics experts to teach AI how to interpret and solve complex problems by:

1. Evaluating AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Physics.
2. Developing and answering Physics-related questions to refine AI understanding.
3. Assessing and ranking AI responses based on scientific rigor.

Required expertise and qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Physics or a related field. Current enrollment is acceptable.
• Research Experience: Preference for candidates with peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions.
• English Proficiency: Ability to read and write with minimal errors.
• Bonus Skills: AI model training experience is helpful but not required.

Payment

Currently, pay rates for core project work range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, depending on geographic location. Opportunities for higher-paying research projects are available based on performance.

Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work, such as onboarding or overtime, lower rates may apply. Some projects offer incentive payments. Please review payment terms for each project.
