We are looking for someone who is proactive, flourishes in a dynamic fast-paced environment, and is able to work cross-functionally to foster meaningful, long-term relationships that drive innovation in surgical data science.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner Network Development: Identify, initiate, and establish new partnerships and collaborations.
  2. Support research initiatives by ensuring that partner needs are well integrated into SDSC’s data science and technology roadmap.
  3. Work closely with internal teams to align technical capabilities with partnership goals.
  4. Conceiving, launching, and optimizing co-marketing initiatives (webinars, events, email, content sharing).
  5. Monitor and evaluate partnership success, providing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  2. 3+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or research collaborations, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or academic research.
  3. Proven ability to manage successful collaborations in a technical or research-driven environment.
  4. Strong understanding of healthcare data, medical research processes, or AI-driven technologies.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and drive initiatives to completion.
  7. Experienced working with CRM and SDR tools.
  8. Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.

Why Join SDSC?

  1. Impact-driven work: Contribute to cutting-edge research that improves global surgical practices.
  2. Collaborative team: Work with leading researchers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals.
  3. Flexible work environment: Hybrid/remote options available for the right candidate.
  4. Opportunities for growth: Be part of a rapidly expanding organization shaping the future of surgical data science.

If you are passionate about building impactful partnerships in the medical research and health tech space, we’d love to hear from you!
