Job summary

Texas A&M AgriLife is seeking a Research Operations Manager for the Animal Reproduction and Biotechnology Building at the RELLIS campus, Bryan, TX. This 12-month, 100% AgriLife Research role coordinates multiple projects, oversees compliance, and supports teaching and extension activities.

You will work closely with principal investigators, manage space and calendars, train users, assist with billing and reporting, and help prepare manuscripts and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; publication record.
• Strong team-building, collaboration, and project-management abilities.
• Highly organized with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage research projects and schedules.
• Write protocols for animal care and IBC; ensure compliance.
• Oversee livestock, facilities, and training for users.
• Assist with budgeting, billing, and reporting.
• Support manuscript drafting and presentations.
• Coordinate building and equipment maintenance; other duties.
