Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant research operations experience is required.
• Experience leading and mentoring a research team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and operational activities of single-site and multi-site studies.
• Monitor study startup, enrollment, retention, reporting, and milestones.
• Develop workflows and systems to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Supervise and mentor research staff, including onboarding and training.
• Coordinate staffing resources and workload allocation across projects.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, dashboards, and communications summarizing progress.
