Job summary

Riverside Insights builds research-backed assessments that help educators and clinicians understand each learner's strengths and needs. We are seeking a Research Coordinator to recruit participants, keep IRB submissions airtight, and contribute to evidence that supports our assessments.

You will partner with the Research team and cross-functional partners in Customer Success and Marketing, handling study logistics from outreach through completion and supporting quality control and dissemination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating research projects or studies, including participant recruitment and communication.
• Working knowledge of IRB processes and human subjects research ethics, or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong organizational and multi-study tracking abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with participants and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit research participants and maintain a pipeline across product lines.
• Manage IRB submissions, renewals, and consent documentation.
• Coordinate end-to-end study execution from scheduling to data collection.
• Generate validity evidence through research outputs and summaries.
• Administer participant incentives and track disbursements.
• Support literature reviews and conference submissions.
• Contribute to quality control and usability testing.
