Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Torrance, CA for a Research Nurse - RN or LVN. The Research Nurse will conduct day-to-day tasks involving patient care and clinical research duties such as administering treatments, monitoring patient health, maintaining accurate records, following research protocols, and coordinating with both clinical staff and research teams. The role requires close collaboration with oncologists, patients, and regulatory entities to ensure adherence to protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oncology Nursing and general Nursing skills
• Knowledge of Medicine and clinical research methodologies
• Familiarity with Research protocols and their implementation
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent, with a valid RN or LVN license
• Experience in clinical trials and research coordination is a plus
