Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and conduct of research projects, ensuring adherence to protocol requirements and timely completion.
• Complete and communicate regulatory documents, develop data/monitoring plans, report Serious Adverse Events, and complete FDA/sponsor forms.
• Serve as a liaison between investigators, research personnel, outside study personnel, and central research administration offices.
• Assess research subjects, perform nursing assessments, document findings, and notify the physician of abnormal findings.
• Establish a care plan with the subject, family, and research team.
• Identify discharge needs and facilitate discharge planning as appropriate.
• Perform telephone triage, nursing procedures, and treatments.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a physician or LIP.
• Participate in education, research, and performance improvement activities.
• Conduct and document the informed consent process.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
