Virginia Commonwealth University’s Stravitz-Sanyal Liver Institute seeks a PRN MRI Technologist to join a world‑renowned team of hepatologists, researchers and imaging experts. The role involves research imaging, safety, contrast administration and QC, with anticipated start in June 2026.

You will perform pre-scan quality control, assist in MR sequencing and data management, maintain regulatory compliance, and coordinate with the MRI Director and PI.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in radiologic technology or related field from an accredited program recognized by ARRT.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-scan quality control measures on equipment and safety screenings for MRI participants.
• Consult with MRI Director/PI on devices and contraindications as needed.
• Perform quality control of MRI images and related documentation.
