You might come from robotics, machine learning, or large-scale generative models—but what matters most is the drive to turn research ideas into systems that work in the real world. If you’ve trained foundation models, thought deeply about VLMs and VLAs, and want to bring those ideas onto real hardware, you’ll fit right in. This role is end-to-end: developing new approaches, scaling training systems, and working hands-on with robots to understand what actually matters.
