About the Role & TeamA suitable candidate will have operating and market knowledge of the datacenter facilities industry. This should include the facilities (buildouts, operations), critical non-IT infrastructure (cooling, power, racks, floor buildouts, physical security), and the service (hosting, colocation, wholesale datacenter leasing) aspects of leading datacenter owners/operators worldwide. The candidate must also have a strong awareness of IT infrastructure housed in datacenters (compute, storage, networking) and be strong in quantitative skills. The candidate should also possess strong narrative, written, and conversational skills. Client engagement is a must.

Salary and incentive structures are determined through a rigorous process that considers experience, education, certifications, role‑specific requirements, internal equity, and verified Canada market data from an independent third‑party partner.The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $100,000 CAD – $126,500 CAD, inclusive of base salary and variable compensation.
