We’re supporting an Austin-based neurotechnology company building a next-generation adaptive training system that combines wearable EEG, multimodal biosensing, and immersive software.

They are hiring a Manager, Neurotechnology Research.

This is not a pure data science role.

This is a hands‑on, build‑stage role for someone who is comfortable running EEG sessions themselves and owning signal quality end to end.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Running human subject sessions from setup through execution and synthesis
• Handling electrode placement, live signal monitoring, and artifact diagnosis
• Evaluating signal stability across subjects and sessions
• Stress testing hardware changes and protocol updates
• Feeding clear, practical recommendations back to hardware, software, and product teams
• Supporting internal pilots and external‑facing validation studies

You will sit at the center of hardware iteration and signal validation. When something doesn’t behave as expected, you’ll be the person who figures out why.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Direct experience working with EEG or multimodal biosensing hardware
• Run human‑subject studies themselves, not just analyzed the data
• Worked in environments where hardware and software are still evolving
• Translated messy signal behavior into actionable product decisions
• Comfort operating in fast‑moving, execution‑heavy teams

Experience in wearable EEG, motion artifact mitigation, pilot studies, or early‑stage neurotech environments is highly relevant.

This is an onsite role in Austin, TX.
