Responsibilities

• Designs, performs and evaluates research procedures with the PI.
• Assists with grant preparation, budgeting, and manuscript submission.
• Supervises and mentors laboratory personnel and oversees daily operations.
• Ensures compliance with institutional, NIH, and sponsor policies and reporting requirements.
