We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Lab Associate II to join our dynamic dermatology research team in Detroit, United States.   • Conduct laboratory experiments and procedures following established dermatology research protocols and standard operating procedures with precision and attention to detail

  • Collect, organize, and accurately document research data using laboratory information systems and electronic records to ensure data integrity
  • Perform quality assurance checks and maintain detailed records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and research protocols
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instrumentation, performing routine calibration and preventive maintenance as needed
  • Assist in the design and execution of clinical research studies, including patient recruitment support, informed consent coordination, and systematic data collection
  • Analyze research data using appropriate statistical methods and prepare clear, comprehensive findings for reports, presentations, and publications
  • Manage laboratory inventory efficiently, order supplies proactively, and optimize workflow to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific field
  • 2+ years of hands-on laboratory experience in a research, clinical, or pharmaceutical setting
