Job summary

Every Cure is seeking a mission-driven Research Fellow in Cambridge, MA to evaluate and advance high-potential drug repurposing opportunities. The role blends scientific judgment with execution across lab studies, real-world evidence research, and clinical research, engaging CROs and external partners to move opportunities toward impact for patients.

Qualifications

• Strong scientific judgment to evaluate complex evidence.
• Ability to synthesize diverse scientific data into clear conclusions.
• Experience coordinating across disease areas and teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for scientific audiences.
• Adaptable and collaborative in a fast-paced research environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate drug repurposing opportunities with rigorous review of evidence, feasibility, and patient impact.
• Develop and execute advancement plans including laboratory, real-world evidence, and clinical research components.
• Synthesize conflicting evidence and provide clear recommendations on next steps.
• Lead external collaborations with CROs, labs, and academic partners and coordinate sponsored research.
• Collaborate with disease experts and internal teams to bring diverse perspectives to evaluation.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve research processes.
• Support senior goals and mentor junior team members when appropriate.
• Disseminate findings through peer-reviewed publications, conferences, and grants.
