Every Cure, a mission-driven AI-forward nonprofit, seeks an Impact Evidence & Engagement Lead in Cambridge, MA to define, measure, and communicate the real-world impact of drug–disease programs. You will collaborate with Medical, Tech, and Impact teams to shape measurement strategies, analyze data with SAS/R, and translate findings into accessible, externally-facing materials.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in public health or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience with quantitative analysis and measurement.
• Experience translating scientific findings for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build impact measurement strategies with Medical, Tech, and Impact teams.
• Conduct end-to-end quantitative analysis (data acquisition, cleaning, analysis, interpretation).
• Apply epidemiological and population-health thinking to prioritized programs.
• Support patient identification, diagnostics, and understanding barriers to care.
• Bridge Medical, Impact, Clinical Development, and Tech teams with measurement insights.
• Engage external stakeholders including clinicians and patient advocacy groups.
• Translate evidence into externally facing materials and briefs.
• Develop repeatable dashboards and measurement templates for portfolio tracking.
