Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Agricultural field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience acting as a lead by providing training and mentoring to staff or managing a process or project.
• Swine experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with safety and animal welfare focus.
• Willingness to perform tasks involving animal handling and health procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew in developing and meeting farm goals while following SOPs.
• Maintain a safe work environment and supervise personnel on the farm.
• Conduct and supervise research trials and data collection, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Schedule feed, trucks, and routine supply orders; prepare payroll and monitor expenses.
• Train staff on policies, SOPs, and safety requirements; ensure compliance with EMS, SIPS, and Animal Care.
