OpenAI seeks a Research Engineer/Scientist for the North Stars team within Personal AGI in San Francisco, CA. You will work on bringing next-generation AI-enabled experiences to all of humanity by closing the capability gap between power users and average consumers, including tool-use and instruction following.

You will own a research agenda, collaborate with research and product teams, build robust evaluations, and design, implement, test, and debug code across the research stack in a dynamic,
