Job summary

PROLIM is seeking a Research Assistant/Engineer for its client project in Redmond, WA. The role focuses on developing algorithms and data tools, building large, diverse datasets, and collaborating across teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

The candidate will contribute to publications and open-source research and advance AI initiatives from a data perspective, working in a dynamic environment to push the boundaries of machine learning and analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in LLMs, foundation models, and data research.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, STEM, or Computer Science.
• Strong experience with PyTorch and Python for ML tasks.
• Familiarity with cloud clusters.
• Hands-on experience in machine learning/optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new algorithms and functionalities in data tools.
• Build and manage large-scale datasets with high quality and diversity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to convert data needs into solutions.
• Contribute to publications and open-source research efforts.
• Support innovation in AMI from a data perspective.
