As a Research Engineer with the Mission Applied Science and Technology (MAST) group is hiring a Research and Development Engineer based in Richardson, TX. We apply fundamental technical principles rooted in math, science, and engineering to develop new concepts to extract information from multi-sensor data sources. Capabilities are researched, developed and matured for operational deployment to commercial cloud computing environment. We work in a secure, collaborative, team-oriented environment to develop solutions for the US Government that solve problems important to national security.

This position requires ability to obtain a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
