Quadrillion Labs is hiring a Member of Technical Staff (Research) to help train a frontier model at scale from our Midtown Manhattan office. You’ll build ultra-efficient data pipelines and RL loops, advancing research with data-efficient methods and large-scale experimentation.

You’ll work in a lean team, collaborating with researchers to design experiments, benchmarks, and rigorous evaluations that guide next steps in model development and deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience training or benchmarking large, modern models.
• Ability to move quickly in a zero-to-one environment.
