Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, math, statistics, ML, behavioral science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience programming in Python or C++.
• Industry experience moving projects from proof-of-concept to implementation.
• Experience applying experimental ideas to applied problems using statistical methods.
• Experience working on a product team.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting of compute costs and utilization across platforms like AI Studio, Gemini API, and Beyond.
• Develop quantitative methods to improve fleet-wide compute efficiency and tie usage to product strategy.
• Contribute to innovative reporting and analytical infrastructure, including agentic workflows and advanced dashboards.
• Present and communicate complex research findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate across DeepMind to support cross-product journeys for developers.
