Job summary

Goliath Partners is partnering with a fast-growing frontier GenAI Research Lab in California to recruit a Research Engineer. You will own multimodal datasets, synthetic data generation, and large-scale experimentation that directly shapes model capabilities.

As a Member of Technical Staff, you will design data pipelines, run controlled experiments, and build benchmarks to measure meaningful model improvements, contributing to next-generation AI systems from the data up.
