Job summary

HonorHealth in Scottsdale seeks a Coordinator - Research Engagement to serve as the first point of contact for investigators and partners seeking research support within the HonorHealth Research Institute. You will manage intake, triage requests, and guide teams through division processes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field and at least 2 years in healthcare/research coordination, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, research, or academic setting in a coordination/administrative role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database or tracking systems.
• Knowledge of IRB requirements and research regulatory basics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming research inquiries from investigators, partners, and collaborators.
• Conduct structured intake assessments to understand inquiry nature and needed support.
• Triage and route requests to appropriate Division staff in a timely manner.
• Maintain a centralized intake log and track status through resolution in CTMS or tracking system.
• Develop and maintain directory of Division services and partner programs to facilitate navigation.
