This **entry-level role** serves as the critical link between our expert network and attorney clients, ensuring seamless and successful expert-attorney partnerships. The ideal candidate is a **proactive communicator, exceptional organizer, and natural relationship builder** who thrives in a fast-paced environment.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Manage Expert-Attorney Engagements:** Coordinate and oversee the full lifecycle of initial expert-attorney connections, handling approximately **15 engagements daily**.* **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with expert witnesses and attorney clients through proactive, **professional communication**.* **Scheduling & Coordination:** Lead all scheduling logistics for expert-attorney consultations, ensuring seamless and timely interactions.* **Comprehensive Documentation:** Maintain accurate and detailed records of all engagements for internal tracking and reporting.* **Multi-Channel Communication:** Utilize phone, email, and text to **effectively manage** engagement processes and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.* **Client Experience & Service Excellence:** Drive positive client experiences by providing **responsive, professional, and solution-oriented** service.## Qualifications* **Bachelor’s degree preferred** (Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts).* Proven **track record of customer service excellence** and client relationship management.* **Strong organizational and time management skills** with the ability to handle multiple engagements and competing priorities.* Demonstrated ability to **work independently in fast-paced environments** while maintaining high attention to detail.* **Excellent written and verbal communication skills** to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.* **Experience managing multiple stakeholders** and balancing competing priorities.* Background in **relationship management, account coordination, or client service** preferred.* **Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset** who thrives in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.This is a unique entry-level opportunity to join a fast-growing, innovative organization at the intersection of law and expert consulting.
