Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Research & Education Support Specialist (Part Time) to support clinical/research studies, data analysis, literature research, and educational course materials for our government contract in Bethesda, Maryland.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in science or related field, 2–3 years of research experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work on-site at Walter Reed four to five days a week. U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

The Research & Education Support Specialist will support tasks related to clinical/research studies, data analysis, literature research, documentation for educational course offerings, and meeting summaries.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and team members to plan, execute, and implement projects
• Conduct literature research, gather, and analyze data, and prepare reports
• Assist with the submission of grants and manuscripts
• Engage with key stakeholders, including government staff, advocacy groups, and the public to gather information that supports the tasks/projects
• Stay informed on current DHA guidelines, VCE policies, and emerging issues and how they impact work on the contract

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

• $79,000.00 - $91,000.00
• The compensation range or hourly rate provided is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, internal equity, market conditions, and applicable laws.
