Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Nutrition Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the Metabolic Kitchen supporting human nutrition research. You will coordinate diet preparation and delivery per study protocols, develop dietary procedures, manage staff, and maintain accurate dietary records.

Responsibilities include budgeting, QA, inventory, collaboration with research teams, and ensuring food safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Nutrition/Food Service Management.
• 2+ years of experience in food service management required.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook.

Job Description:
