This hands‑on role involves developing and testing high-performance exhaust systems, bridging the gap between design, prototyping, and production in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal red tape. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex problems, has expertise in 2‑stroke and 4‑stroke internal combustion engines, metal fabrication, and prototype development, and works closely with engineering and production teams to turn innovative ideas into high‑quality, race‑ready components.

• Lead the design, development, and testing of performance exhaust systems
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production to bring prototypes into full‑scale manufacturing

• Identify and resolve technical challenges during design and production
