Projects can involve (but are not limited to) research, new products, existing products, improvements, validation, sourcing, domestication, customer requests, quality, or manufacturing support.Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Learn and perform lab procedures, data analysis, and timely reporting of results.
- Identify and report unusual results or issues promptly.
- Prepare formulations, materials, specimens, and conduct testing as per specifications.
- Evaluate raw materials and processes to ensure stability and compatibility.
- Perform chemical lab procedures and analytical tests, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate on APQP teams and follow required safety, labeling, and organizational standards.
- Support daily operations, including cleaning, ordering materials, and waste disposal according to company policies.
Requirements
- Associates degree in science related field or a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year laboratory experience. Other related experience can apply with sufficient experience.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of laboratory, environmental, and safety procedures is a must.
