What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Lead research development efforts focused on government partnerships for the AI Initiative
  2. Develop and execute strategic vision for fundraising and faculty research development
  3. Establish and manage relationships with government funding agencies to identify funding opportunities
  4. Coordinate inter-institutional proposal development activities and foster collaboration among colleges and institutions
  5. Provide expertise and support to faculty in creating competitive funding proposals

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in research development with government agencies
  2. Advanced degree (PhD or Master) in a relevant field
  3. Strong understanding of the research landscape, including funding trends and agency priorities
  4. Proven leadership and project management skills
  5. Exceptional oral and written communication skills
