Job summary

BRS is seeking a Research Data Scientist Support Services professional for a full-time hybrid role in San Antonio, TX. The position focuses on applying data science and AI/ML to healthcare and research needs, with opportunities to build predictive analytics, cloud-based solutions, and dashboards that drive analytical outcomes.

You will develop AI/ML models, predictive algorithms, and cloud analytics, and create dashboards to present insights.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field; Bachelor’s with relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of data science, predictive analytics, or ML experience using healthcare, clinical, operational, or research datasets.
• Experience with AI/ML models, predictive algorithms, cloud analytics, dashboards, and communicating results.
• CAC eligibility.
• Ability to meet the T1 investigation requirement, unless higher tier is required.

This position focuses on applying data science and AI/ML capabilities to healthcare and research needs, with opportunities to build predictive analytics, cloud-based solutions, and dashboards that help drive analytical outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Support data science, predictive analytics, and machine learning efforts using healthcare, clinical, operational, and research datasets.
• Develop and apply AI/ML models and predictive algorithms to support analysis and decision-making.
• Support cloud-based analytics to enable scalable data processing and insights.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations to present results clearly.
• Analyze complex datasets and communicate analytical results effectively.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in data science, statistics, biostatistics, computer science, applied mathematics, epidemiology, or a related quantitative field. Bachelor’s degree with directly relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of data science, predictive analytics, or machine learning experience involving healthcare, clinical, operational, or research datasets.
• Experience with AI/ML models, predictive algorithms, cloud analytics, dashboards, and communicating analytical results.
• CAC eligibility.
• Ability to meet the T1 investigation requirement, unless the Government or security office determines a higher tier is necessary.
