Job summary

Vista Innovative Solutions (VIS) is seeking a Senior Scientist in San Antonio, TX to support clinical, epidemiologic, outcomes, and health research activities. This is a full-time, hybrid position.

You will lead multidisciplinary research, develop robust methodologies, support advanced analytics and predictive modeling, and author scientific publications. You will translate findings into actionable clinical or operational recommendations for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• PhD/DrPH/ScD/MD/DO or equivalent in epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, clinical science, health services research, data science, or related field.
• Min. 5 years of progressively responsible clinical/epidemiologic/outcomes/health research experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary research, developing methodologies, analytics or modeling, and publishing findings.
• CAC eligibility required.
• T1 investigation requirement.
• Preferred: military trauma or combat casualty care research experience.

Required:

• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary research, developing research methodologies, advanced analytics or predictive modeling, scientific publications, and translating findings into clinical or operational recommendations.
