Boston Medical Center invites applications for a Research Data Associate in the Infectious Diseases research group in Boston, MA. The role supports NIH MA-CEAL projects, coordinating study administration, data collection, and data preparation.
The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English) with 1–2 years in research and strong data management and reporting skills. On-site, 40 hours weekly, with travel to study sites as needed.

The Research Data Associate (RDA) will support the research studies and initiatives under the NIH-funded Massachusetts Community Engagement Alliance (MA-CEAL) Program. The RDA will coordinate assigned administrative aspects of the study and interact with study subjects and the study research team. The RDA will be responsible for coordinating their own travel arrangements to study sites (will travel to study sites to collect data by a structured interview format and conduct regular follow up interviews by phone and/or in person.)
The RDA aids in analysis of qualitative data and supports the research team with the preparation of data and other reports and performing other administrative and research tasks in support of the research studies.
Will work closely with participating communities, intervention organizations, and study personnel and will be responsible for collecting economic data via on-site visits and telephone communications.
This research project is located within the Section of Infectious diseases at Boston Medical Center and involves collaboration with partners across Boston Medical Center, Boston University and community organizations.
The ideal candidate must be bilingual (Spanish/English).
