Qualifications

• Master’s degree in statistics, educational measurement, biostatistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in complex statistical analysis with multilevel data.
• Experience with R, Java, Python, C, C++, Rust, Ruby, SQL, Haskell.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects on research data quality, preparation, collection, and reporting.
• Consult with researchers and partners to design data tools and processes.
• Prepare complex datasets by coding to import, merge, clean, and archive data.
• Validate data integrity and perform quality-control checks.
• Develop reproducible code and data-quality procedures.
• Collaborate to establish data-validity checks and safeguards for PII.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Present findings in clear formats to internal/external partners.
• Maintain data documentation and open-science records.
• Mentor student workers on data preparation and reproducible practices.
