UT Health San Antonio is seeking a Research Coordinator to support the development and implementation of caregiver-focused initiatives. This role involves collaborating with academic and community partners to enhance the quality of life for family caregivers and those they care for.
The coordinator will assist with research operations, participant engagement, and various educational initiatives, focusing on military, veteran, and aging populations.
Administrative supervision and mentorship of team members may also be required.
The Research Coordinator will support the development, implementation, and evaluation of caregiver-focused research initiatives, with an emphasis on military, veteran, and aging populations. This position will play a critical role in advancing evidence-based programs and community-engaged research that improve the quality of life for family caregivers and those they care for.
Working collaboratively with academic, healthcare, and community partners, the coordinator will assist with research operations, participant engagement, educational initiatives, data collection, and dissemination activities. The position will also support interdisciplinary projects related to caregiving, dementia, behavioral health, resilience, and military family support.
Under limited supervision, responsible for planning, directing, and supervising complex administrative and fiscal functions of a unit directly engaged in research. May lead or mentor lower level team members.
