NYU Langone Health’s Pediatrics Division is seeking a Research Coordinator to support a diverse portfolio of clinical studies. You will coordinate day-to-day activities, recruit participants, obtain informed consent, collect data, and manage study visits under GCP and HIPAA guidelines.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Research Coordinator. The Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Endocrinology & Diabetes is seeking a Research Coordinator to support diverse portfolio of clinical research studies and trials. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day study activities, including recruitment, enrollment, informed consent, data collection, study visits, and regulatory support. The Research Coordinator works closely with investigators, research staff, patients, and families, and serves as a liaison with the IRB, sponsors, and funding agencies. The ideal candidate will help ensure research is conducted efficiently and in compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice, HIPAA, and institutional requirements.
May require local travel to other NYU Langone campuses.
To qualify you must have a Bachelor's degree in life sciences, allied health or equivalent in a related discipline and 0-1 years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Effective oral, written, communication, interpersonal skills. Must be able to work under the direction of supervision. Ability to operate research related equipment. Proficiency in using various Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook. Familiar with Internet applications. Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems. Time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Experience working in an academic medical center environment. Prior experience working with Research Protocols.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $66,300.00 - $66,300.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
