Responsibilities

• Identify and pre-screen potential participants through clinic schedules and provider referrals.
• Obtain informed consent and ensure documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling, visits, and follow-up communications; document interactions.
• Retrieve lab results and submit to investigators or study teams as required.
• Collect study data through medical records, surveys, and direct participant interaction; ensure data quality.
• Maintain regulatory binders, study records, and consent documentation for audits.
• Process biological specimens per protocol and maintain related records.
• Track and manage study supplies and equipment; assist with ordering and maintenance.
