University of Florida—Jacksonville Campus seeks a Temp Full-Time OPS Sponsored Projects Non-Clerical position to coordinate daily research activities, schedule participants, and manage study data in REDCap. The role supports Principal Investigators and ensures compliance with study protocols and HIPAA guidelines.

The candidate will obtain informed consent, track study documents, and monitor participant flow while handling data entry and clerical duties related to IRB documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree or allied health degree in an appropriate area and one year of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize and effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Bilingual Spanish/English

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day activities and ensure the compliance of specific research studies; contact and schedule participants and manage study data in REDCap
• Monitor participant flow, send reminders, and handle logistics such as equipment quotes and lab supplies
• Conduct study visits per protocol, obtain informed consent, collect medical history, and perform cognitive/physical assessments
