Job summary

You will support contracting, purchasing, and accounts payable within the Fiscal Affairs team, with emphasis on accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with procurement/contract experience.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems such as Oracle.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; high accuracy in work products.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support across the processing lifecycle of research agreements.
• Perform preliminary compliance checks and ensure alignment with procurement requirements.
• Draft agreements using templates; maintain organized contract records.
• Manage and track agreements through internal workflows and provide guidance to staff.
