The Pharmacy in Houston is seeking a hands-on Research Compounding Pharmacist to develop sterile and non-sterile formulations, build clinical/regulatory documentation, and help scale a fast-growing 503A pharmacy.
You will collaborate with operations, quality, regulatory, and leadership to design compliant products, work in a lab setting, and contribute to a diverse portfolio including peptides, injectables, and non-sterile dosage forms.

Our R&D / Formulations team is the engine behind our growing longevity and wellness portfolio - from GLP-1s and peptides to B12/glutathione injectables and a full range of non-sterile dosage forms. We'are looking for a hands‑on Research Compounding Pharmacist ready to develop formulations, build out clinical/regulatory documentation, and grow with a fast‑scaling 503A pharmacy.
This role partners closely with pharmacy operations, quality, regulatory, and leadership to design safe, compliant, and scalable formulations - spanning both sterile injectables and a wide range of non-sterile dosage forms (capsules, creams, gels, tablets, troches, rapid-dissolving tablets, and more). Current products include tirzepatide, semaglutide, B12, glutathione, and an expanding peptide line, with new products launching regularly.
