What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with financial activities related to the Research Institute's operations
- Enter and track budgeted research activities and patient visits into the Clinical Trial Management Software (CTMS)
- Communicate with vendors, sponsors, physicians, and patients regarding research-related financials
- Process invoices and payments related to research services while ensuring accountability
- Collect timely payments from contracted parties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three (3) years of related healthcare, finance, or data-related experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher can be considered in lieu of experience
- Must demonstrate superb organizational skills
- Effective customer service skills required
- General knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with clinical trial management software
- Prior experience in clinical research (industry/pharmaceutical and/or federal grants)
- Knowledge of billing compliance, research contract management, billing, coding, or revenue recognition/integrity
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and other commonly used applications
- Experience with customer interaction requiring payout, invoicing, or collection of payment
