- Prepare and negotiate clinical research budgets for various research projects
- Organize clinical trial budget, income, and expense documents, entering information into budget software
- Ensure timely invoices are sent to sponsors
- Collaborate with research leadership to maintain financial integrity
- Work closely with clinical research sponsors to ensure study fee schedules meet requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical setting, medical auditing, case management, healthcare insurance, or relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare, or a research-related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in clinical research (industry/pharmaceutical and/or federal grants), billing compliance, and research contract management
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and federal regulations related to clinical research
- Experience in Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Index, etc.) and Clinical Trial Management System software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
