We are seeking advanced Biology experts to teach AI how to interpret and solve complex problems by:

• Evaluating AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Biology
• Developing and answering Biology-related questions to refine AI understanding
• Assessing and ranking AI responses based on scientific rigor

Required expertise and qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Biology or a related field (can be currently enrolled)
• Research Experience: Peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions preferred
• English Proficiency: Ability to read and write with minimal errors

Bonus Skills: AI model training experience is helpful but not required.

Payment

Rates for core project work range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, varying based on geographic location, expertise, skills assessment, and project need. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs or based on performance. During initial onboarding or overtime phases, lower rates may apply. Some projects may include incentive payments. Please review payment terms for each project.
