We seek advanced Biology experts to help teach AI to interpret and solve complex problems by:

1. Evaluating AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Biology
2. Developing and answering Biology-related questions to refine AI understanding
3. Assessing and ranking AI responses based on scientific rigor

Required expertise and qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Biology or a related field (current enrollment acceptable)
• Research Experience: Preference for candidates with peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions
• English Proficiency: Ability to read and write with minimal errors

Bonus Skills: AI model training experience is helpful but not required.

Payment

Current pay rates range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, depending on geographic location, expertise, skills assessment, and project needs. Higher rates may be available for PhDs or based on performance. Lower rates may apply during onboarding or overtime phases. Incentive payments may also be offered.
