We are looking for advanced Biology experts to:

1. Evaluate AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Biology.
2. Develop and answer Biology-related questions to refine AI understanding.
3. Assess and rank AI responses based on scientific rigor.

Required expertise and qualifications:

1. Education: Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Biology or a related field (candidates can be currently enrolled).
2. Research Experience: Preference for candidates with peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions.
3. English Proficiency: Ability to read and write with minimal errors.

Bonus Skills:

AI model training experience is not required but considered helpful.

Payment:

Currently, pay rates for core project work by Biology experts range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, varying based on geographic location. Opportunities for higher-paying research projects are available based on performance.

Rates depend on expertise, skills assessment, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work, such as during initial onboarding or project overtime, lower rates may apply. Certain projects may include incentive payments. Please review the payment terms for each project.
