Job summary

Boys Town is seeking an experienced audiologist to join a multidisciplinary research staff in Omaha. You will independently provide audiological services in hearing research using human subjects and manage multiple facets of research in the assigned lab.

You will perform routine and advanced audiological tests to determine hearing status, participate in studies, supervise students or staff, and recruit subjects for approved projects as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Master's or AUD degree in audiology from an ETB accredited university required.
• Minimum of one year of practical experience in audiology.
• Knowledge of hearing disorders and normal hearing function for all ages.
• State licensing eligibility required.
• CTI I certification within 30 days of transfer or hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide range of audiological tests to determine hearing status.
• Participates in research projects using human subjects and testing protocols.
• Supervises audiologists or students as assigned.
• Recruits subjects for approved research projects.
