Job summary

Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories Professional Scientific Services in Chesterfield, MO, is seeking a biotechnology professional to develop, perform, and troubleshoot in vitro cell-based expression assays and flow cytometry to support product testing.

The role supports assay development through molecular biology techniques, documents data per GMP, and collaborates across cross-functional teams to ensure timely testing. Full-time, Monday–Friday, with benefits.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in biotechnology, biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Hands-on experience with molecular and cell biology techniques, including: in vitro expression assays, mammalian cell culture, cell-based assays, flow cytometry, aseptic technique.
• Experience in GMP environments preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum Skills:

Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship indefinitely.

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in relevant life science field (Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related discipline)
• 1-3 years of relevant industrial experience
• Hands-on experience with molecular and cell biology techniques, including familiarity with techniques such as:
• In vitro expression assays
• Mammalian Cell Culture
• Cell-based assays
• Flow cytometry
• Aseptic technique
• Experience working in GMP and GMP-like environments is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to good documentation practices.

• Method validation experience.
