Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions in Chesterfield, MO seeks a GMP‑savvy analytical scientist to support biotherapeutic process development for large molecules. You will apply qPCR, ELISA, HPLC and UV‑Vis techniques to ensure assay quality and data integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in biotechnology or related fields, 1–3 years GMP experience, and the ability to work full‑time M-F in a team environment. Commutable location encouraged.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with GMP and lab documentation.
• Experience with plate-based assays, qPCR and HPLC is required.
• Degree in biotechnology, biochemical engineering, analytical chemistry or chemical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to biotherapeutic process development for large molecules.
• Apply qPCR, ELISA, UV-Vis and chromatography techniques to data generation.
• Ensure GMP documentation practices and data integrity.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

The position will be providing analytical support to biotherapeutic process development teams, specifically focusing on large molecules (proteins, polysaccharides, nucleic acids, etc.).

Candidates should have familiarity with several of the below laboratory techniques; they should also possess expertise/knowledge with:

• Good Manufacturing Practices
• Quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR)
• Enzyme linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)
• Ultraviolet and visual light spectroscopy (UV-Vis)
• Analytical chromatographic separations using HPLCs or UPLCs

Qualifications

Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

• Candidates within a commutable distance of Chesterfield, MO are encouraged to apply

• Electronic laboratory notebook systems and/or GMP documentation practice

• Experience with Plate-based assays, qPCR and HPLC is required.

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other related fields.

• 1-3 years of relevant GMP industrial experience

• Preferred experience: Empower or OpenLabs Software
