Under limited supervision, serves as the primary research leader for the Prairie View Algae Center of Excellence (PACE) and Center of Smart Agriculture Solutions (CSAS). Conducts and coordinates independent research and capacity building programs, activities of PACE and CSAS, and develops ongoing research and workforce training in collaboration with other algae-focused R&D led by PVAMU and external scientists. Salary is competitive and based on experience and accomplishments.
This position is funded by grants or restricted funds. Continued employment depends on the renewal of such funding.
